No, but we do have a small showroom with select products in Adelaide. If you are in Adelaide and would like to view our items please call us on 08 7084 1848. Sometimes we are out on photo shoots so it’s important to give us a call so that we can arrange for someone to be there.

We DO NOT have any showrooms in any other cities/states.

No, we sell directly to the consumer so we do not have any stockists.

We are a small team here at Black Mango Interiors and sometimes we are out on photoshoots, if by chance you can’t get hold of us on the phone please leave a voicemail or send an email to team@blackmnago.com.au. We are always checking our emails and your voicemail will come to us in an email so that we can contact you as soon as possible.

Yes we have sample colours of most of our fabrics and would be happy to send them to you, all you have to do is fill out our online swatch request form and we will pop them in the mail

We offer all major payment options which include, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Afterpay and Zip Money.

We participate in all major sales throughout the year, including but not limited to Click Frenzy, Afterpay Day, End of Financial Year and Black Friday. Not all products are always included in every sale and unfortunately we cannot let you know what products are included until closer to the date.

We try to send out fabric swatches daily and these are sent via regular post. They may take a little time to arrive, but if you haven't received them within 10 business days please get in touch.

We try to ensure our products' colours are the same as those you will receive in person, however due to different computer systems and mobile devices, colours will vary from time to time. If you are unsure about a colour please call our online sales team on 08 7084 1848 and they can help you as best as they can or request a fabric swatch online today.

Yes, if you see our product advertised anywhere else at a lower price please email a screenshot and a link to the site and product page and one of our team will have a look into this for you. You can email this through to us at team@blackmango.com.au.

We understand the concerns of ordering and paying for things online. All Black Mango Interiors orders are processed through a dedicated gateway to guarantee the protection of your data. Your credit card information will not be stored and is handled over SSL encryption so you can enjoy your online shopping experience with peace of mind. We accept credit cards, Visa & MasterCard and Paypal. We also accept payment by bank transfer but please be aware that your order cannot be dispatched until funds have cleared, which is normally 2-3 business days. Alternatively, if you would rather have a chat and order ‘over the phone’ we are more than happy to assist with credit card payments as well.

When purchasing a new piece of furniture there are a few things to think about beforehand, such as access into your home. Before purchasing your new item and to avoid disappointment, please check the following:

Decide the best and easiest entry into your home to where you are placing your new item.

Ensure there are no obstructions along the way.

Measure all entryways, hallways and stairs to ensure they are wide enough and height enough for the item, this should include all outside areas also.

If you have to use an elevator to access your home, you may want to measure the interior of this also.

Measure areas such as hallway wall to entryway clearances.

Consider all corners, ceiling height, stairways (height, widths, angles, banisters and corners), and any low hanging fixtures or architectural details you may have.

To make the process as easy as possible the items maximum measurements in height, width and depth must not exceed any entryway, hallway, staircase or elevator measurements in either height or width.

We do not make one off custom pieces, but if you are interested in a large quantity we may be able to work with you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times will vary depending on the product, your location and selected courier. All Black Mango Interiors orders will be dispatched within 48 business hours and dependent on location, delivery will be approximately 4-7 business days, pending any unexpected delays in your local area.

All Black Mango Interiors orders have an automatic Authority To Leave (ATL), if you do not wish for your order to be left at your door please let us know in the order notes when checking out or email us at team@blackmango.com.au at the time of ordering. Please note that if you do remove the ATL you will incur any redelivery fees should you not be home at the time of delivery.

If there is an alternative/specific place you would like your item/s to be left please let us know in the order notes when checking out. If the shipping provider deems it unsafe to leave your item/s they will leave a notice at your home detailing an alternate delivery or collection arrangement.

Unfortunately not, we use a standard courier service for all of our deliveries, however we can time orders to be dispatched in line with estimated courier delivery time frames.

We can either hold all items until your pre-order arrives and have it all dispatched together, or we can dispatch the available items now and then dispatch your pre-order item/s when they arrive. Please get in touch with our team to let us know your preference. Please note that your freight rate may slightly increase with a split delivery.

Unfortunately we can not deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

We will send you an order shipping confirmation email as soon as your items have been dispatched from our warehouse. Before contacting us directly, please check the tracking number information provided to you in this email. This number will take you directly to your order’s tracking information and will give you an estimated date/time of delivery. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email or your tracking status hasn’t updated, please contact us on 08 7084 1848 or email team@blackmango.com.au.

Delivery costs are based on the quantity of items, weight and carton dimensions to your specific postcode of delivery, so will vary depending on what you order. You can check the rate by adding each item you wish to order into your cart and utilise the shipping calculator to check the total shipping costs before checking out.

We have made every effort to get the best freight rate possible from our courier, however with the rise in costs this can sometimes appear high. Please know that to date they are the most competitively priced company when it comes to furniture freight.

Black Mango Interiors are happy for our customers in Adelaide to pick up their purchases directly from our warehouse (Clovelly Park) between 9am and 3pm weekdays, by arrangement only. We will need your payment to be processed 24-48 hours prior to pick-up, either over the phone or by selecting ‘local pick up’ when ordering online.

If you have thoroughly checked please get in contact with us and we can follow up with our courier partner to gather more information.

Sometimes after dispatching your order it may get split in our courier depots, if you have only received one part please email us on team@blackmango.com.au or call us on 08 7084 1848 and we will get in touch with our courier to see where the rest of your items are and when you can expect them.

Unfortunately this is up to driver discretion. Our courier is not a white glove service so it’s not standard for them to take it any further than your front door.

Currently Black Mango Interiors only offers Australia wide shipping.

If you are accepting a delivery that is visibly/obviously damaged, please refuse delivery of just the damaged item (be mindful that sometimes cartons may show ‘wear and tear’ from the freight process, though item/s are perfect on the inside). There is no need to refuse all items if others are in good condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are found damaged after accepting delivery, please contact the Black Mango Interiors customer service team within 24 hours via our Return Request Form, online Contact Form or emailing team@blackmango.com.au.

Please provide the following information: 

1. Your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase; and
2. Detailed description of item and problem;
3. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
4. Any other details we may need to proceed further.

Our stock is continually being replenished according to product type and sales. Please call us on 08 7084 1848 and speak to one of our online sales team to find out when the product you are after will be arriving. Alternatively, on each product you can add your email or mobile number to the “email me when available” list and you will be contacted as soon as stock levels have been replenished.

If the item is listed as pre-order, on the product page we have a “due to arrive” time. This is a guide only and can vary from time to time due to unforeseen delays, however this enables you to pre-order the item and have it dispatched as top priority as soon as it arrives into our warehouse.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30 day change of mind returns policy. If you wish to make a change of mind return, we will refund the value of the products less any initial delivery, return delivery, unsalable charges or restocking charges (where applicable). Simply fill out our Return Request Form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once your order is received back to our warehouse, a qualified team member will verify the condition of your returned item and once approved your account will be credited within five to ten business days, depending on your payment method. All products must be returned in their original condition/carton and be resealed with clear tape. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for more information.

All of our refunds, once processed, will send you an email to notify you that it has been done. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to hit your account. If after this time it’s still not there please check with your bank before reaching out to us.

Absolutely, but just like our regular returns policy, you will need to pay the freight associated with making this change.

ORDERS

Yes absolutely, if you have specific instructions for our couriers please pop them in the order note section in your cart before proceeding to checkout or contact us via email on team@blackmango.com.au as soon as possible to ensure these notes can be attached to your delivery. The more information the delivery drivers have the smoother the delivery will be!

Whilst this is not ideal, we can work around this with you, so please call us so that we can process the order over the phone with you.

If your order has not been dispatched as yet then yes we can add another item to your order. Unfortunately though, because all of our shipping is calculated on weight and carton dimensions there will be an extra shipping charge added as well. Please call us on 08 7084 1848 and we can edit your order.

You will get a tracking link sent to your email upon dispatch. If you didn't get one, please check your junk/spam folders and if all else fails please email team@backmango.com.au and we can resend you your link.

Sometimes this can happen, we have two things we can do to rectify the problem. 

  1. If we haven't dispatched your order yet, please email us asap at team@blackmango.com.au with your new and correct address. 
  2. If we've already dispatched your order we will need to call our courier to let them know. If the new address is within the same postal zone there shouldn’t be any issues. BUT if it’s in a different postal zone we may need to charge you extra for your shipping. 

If we haven't dispatched your order, we can cancel it and process a full refund straight away. Just email us at team@blackmango.com.au and we'll handle it.

If you've got a tracking number, then unfortunately it has been dispatched and we would then need to treat it as a change of mind return. You can read more information about change of mind returns here.

Yes of course! You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed and paid for your order. In the event of unexpected issues with your order (stock, colour, lead time issues) one of our online sales team will be in touch without delay to keep you updated on your order. Please check your junk/spam folders just in case our order confirmation email has landed in there.

Our discount codes change periodically, but please double check that you are inputting your code exactly how it looks. All of our discount codes can only be applied to full priced items, therefore can not be applied to sale items. If you are still having any issues please reach out and we will assist you.

When you sign up you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription, please confirm this otherwise you will not receive our email with your discount code. If you have already done this please check your junk/spam folders.
