I am loving the Hug chair. Due to some 'aches & pains' I have been searching for a recliner /swivel for some time but didn't like either the look &/or price of most the chairs on the market. I loved the look of the Hug, & while I was a little hesitate to buy a chair that I couldn't sit in first, I am so glad I did as I find it as comfortable as it looks. Unfortunately, so do our cats :). purchased the Charlotte Bedhead double size in white - for those looking for a white bedhead this is not it - it is off white/yellowish in colour - very disappointing - love the style absolutely hate the colour - should never been advertised as white

The couch is cute but it’s not very soft/cloud-like that I’ve experienced with other cloud couches. This one is super stiff and not very comfortable to sit on. Pretty disappointed due to the price we paid.

I wanted an alternative slip cover for my bead-head and this corduroy style suited my winter aesthetic perfectly. I does have a lovely soft and cosy feel ideal for the winter.

Such a classic choice and matched our bedroom perfectly. I have been eyeing Black Mango lamps for a while, since we had our house staged for sale and I realised how much of a difference large lamps can make to a room. One lamp shade arrived with marks, and the Black Mango team was very lovely and accommodating and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Will be purchasing more in the future!

The Bedhead is solid and well padded. Very happy with it however the slipcover had not been overlooked properly and arrived with a hole in the seam. I had to have this repaired before I put it on otherwise it would have continued to run through the seam and the hole would have been huge. Need better quality control before sending.
